Refund/Exchange
Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase but if you have any issues and you would like a refund/exchange, these will be accepted within 28 days of you receiving the item(s) and will be processed once the item(s) is returned to me in an unworn and unwashed condition. Please note that this is for standard size items only. Any Item that has been customised is non refundable
Please email me at threebearclothing@hotmail.com before sending an item back just so I am aware why it is being returned
Faulty Item
If for any reason the item develops a flaw or fault please contact me first on the above email address to sort out a refund or replacement item
