You can pick one fabric one side and another fabric in the reverse. Or one fabric one side and multiple fabrics on the reverse or the whole hat could be multiple fabrics. Best way to get a good fit is to measure around the circumference of the head (above the ears) but I have found the following sizes/ages to be about right.
